We are looking for experienced System Engineers for the Automotive Industry.

Requirements for the role:

  1. Requirements Elicitation & Analysis
  2. should have worked on ASPICE based system engineering activities or must have exposure to it.
  3. Gather and analyze system-level requirements from stakeholders, standards, and regulations.
  4. Ensure requirements address functional, performance, safety, and security aspects.
  5. Requirements Specification
  6. Document System Requirements Specification (SyRS) in compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 26262 for automotive).
  7. Define interfaces and interactions between hardware, software, and external systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Automotive, or related field.

We believe you enjoy working in teams, interacting with people, and have great communication skills. You are able to encourage, coach, and develop to drive change and implementation in your surroundings.
